Terms of Service

These terms apply to anyone who uses anftri studio, anftri's platform to publish content to social networks, answer comments and track ads and metrics. By using studio, you agree to them. What we do with data is in the privacy policy.

The service

• studio is offered by anftri to people and businesses who publish to their own social accounts (content creators, hosts, small businesses and teams). Whoever creates an account gets their own workspace, which can have several people.
• Each person has a role in the workspace (admin, editor or viewer), and the role defines what they see and do. Whoever creates the workspace is its owner.
• With connected accounts, the team creates and schedules posts, answers comments, sets reply rules, tracks metrics and adjusts ads.

Accounts and workspaces

• Each person signs in with their own email and password. Access is personal and must not be shared.
• Admins invite and remove people and choose each person's role.
• API keys and automations connected through the API or the MCP, such as AI agents, act on behalf of the workspace that created them. What they publish is that workspace's responsibility.

Connected social accounts

• You log in on each network itself. studio never receives the network password.
• Only connect accounts you manage or are authorized to use.
• You can disconnect an account at any time in Accounts. To also delete what came from it, use Delete data.

Publishing

• studio only publishes when a person on the team creates the post and confirms posting or scheduling. Nothing goes to a network without that action.
• studio doesn't add watermarks, logos or promotional text to the content it sends.

Content and network rules

• Whoever publishes is responsible for the content: texts, photos, videos, music, brands and people shown. Only publish what is yours or what you have the right to use.
• On TikTok, the Community Guidelines, the Music Usage Confirmation and, when a post promotes a brand, the Branded Content Policy apply. The posting screen shows these policies, and confirming the post means agreeing to them.
• On Instagram, Threads and Meta Ads, each one's terms and guidelines apply, as well as the Meta Platform Terms.
• On X, X's terms and rules apply, including the automation rules: the same text can't go to more than one X account, and no bulk or repetitive posting.
• Content that breaks these rules may be removed by the network, and the account may be limited by it.

Availability

• studio depends on the networks. They may change rules, limits and features without notice, and a feature may stop until the network offers it again.
• When a post fails, studio shows the reason given by the network and retries temporary errors. The team gets a notice.
• studio may be unavailable for maintenance or infrastructure failure.

Termination and deletion

• An admin can remove a person from the workspace at any time.
• anftri may suspend access that breaks these terms or the networks' rules.
• Social accounts can be deleted at any time in Accounts, by removing the app on the network, or by email. See how on the data deletion page.
• To close your studio account or a whole workspace, email suporte@anftri.com. We reply within 15 days.

Changes to these terms

When the terms change, the date at the top of this page changes too.
